Just because a guy is coming to your team, it doesn't mean he's about to level up finally. Finney-Smith: Solid player that has been good for two teams to get solid assets for. He'll contribute, but once again he's not elevating from role starter to First-Team. If that was the case, Dallas and BKLYN wouldn't have used him to get upgrades.
