It's a shame we lost some prime Russ years due to bad situations, bad teams, and bad narratives. If he was the best player on his team with the greenlight with a cast built around him I have no doubt he could put up his normal triple double numbers while being a meddling play-in team just like Lebron and Curry have been for the last several years.
I love Jokic but the Nuggets are very flawed offensively. They rank dead last in 3pt attempts AND they are the bottom 1/3 of the league in defending the 3 ball.
This roster needs wing players that play defense and shoot the 3.
If Jokic had better shooters, he’d be getting double digit assists every game. I love the two man game with Westbrook and Jokic. Both of these men have amazing heart ❤
Russ better retire with Denver, I don’t mind retiring number 4 for Mr. Triple Double we just need one more ring out of this squad, I know they got it in them.

It would have been more rare and historic if Denver lost. Two players tripple double and loosing, how rare would that be.
I hope Nuggets can have this efficiency against the top 2 teams. Their defense is still lacking at the beginning
