I don't care what he has to say. Get rid of him. He's a terrible coach.
Whenever asked about ways to improve the team, he often offers generic responses that don’t address the core issues. Statements like, 'I hope we get better,' suggest a lack of clear strategy or understanding of the team’s actual challenges. It’s disheartening to see a coach who appears unsure of how to implement effective solutions.
