  1. Stuff happens. He's been injured and a shell of himself since 2 playoffs ago. That's a long time. If he's not available or able to play up to his standards, the team has to change strategies, cus all they care about is being competitive regardless of the roster. His attitude here is not unexpected, he's always been brutally honest and he's not being disrespectful. Spoelstra actually likes this about him. At this point it's just not working for both sides and the marriage needs to end, but there really should be no hard feelings. He's put in some epic performances in his short time, enough for him to be in the top 3-5 Heat players of all time. I just wish he'd won a championship 😢.

  2. HE GOTS TO GO….. THANKS JIMMY WE APPRECIATE SEEING YOU ON HEAT UNIFORM. MAYBE LATER ON YOULL BE BACK WHEN YOU FIND THAT YOUR LOOKING FOR, WE LOVE YOU JB ALWAYS. GO GET YOUR RING BRO. WE UNDERSTAND BUSINESS YOURE THE BUSINESS AS WELL. IT IS WHAT IT IS. NO HURT FEELINGS BRO. LETS GET THIS RING HEAT!

  3. If you’re mad and or think jimmy is wrong, you’re just delusional and don’t know ball. Jimmy leaves and the heat are beyond cooked. Notice how nobody rushing to go to miami. Yall so easily fooled by media narratives

  4. Damn…that hurts bro, I love Jimmy Butler but team first. He's stil my top 3 favorite Heat player all-time no matter where he goes.

  5. Thanks for the memories and well wishes to him, his family and his circle, but let’s not forget him saying he was going to do everything that he can to help this team win while on the court earlier this season. Because his actions have CLEARLY shown otherwise. All we’ve seen is him INTENTIONALLY come out with a LITTLE to NO EFFORT while on the floor.

And one of the reasons is probably because he wants to save his energy for his new team and/or not get hurt (cause he’s damn near injury-prone). Whatever. The basketball gods see you for who you are. One thing you will never get respect for is being a quitter.

And all this isn’t about joy on the court. The guy has been lying, if you’re paying any attention to his words. it’s about financial greed. Plain and simple.

“It’s better to be wanted. Remember that.”

The Big 3 sacrificed financially in order to win. Remember that, jimmy.

Not every team has the structure, stability and like-mindedness from top to
bottom that the Heat do. Remember that, jimmy.

Your Li-Nings are straight booty. Remember that, jimmy.

  6. Despite this ending pretty badly, I still appreciate Jimmy for what he’s done in Miami. No doubt one of my favorite Heat players of all time. And for us, we gotta find a way to move on. All in with the young guns!

  7. Ahhh this one is tough..i like Jimmy as a player man u cant deny his heart and effort. At the same time Spo and definitely Pat havent shown signs of not doing right by their players throughout history..this is really unfortunate..not sure where the disconnect happened but it definitely is unfortunate to picc a side…one thing i do know for ALL the fans dogging jimmy….your better be ready for life without him because i dont see a clear cut leader and a dog thats ready to give what he brings as a leader and a dog on that COURT!
