Fred has played like trash all season, his defense and turnovers are far worse than Camās defense
We are going to lose Cam, and if given an opportunity somewhere else, he going to shine. And our coach is relying on Jalen. His flaws are any worse (defensively) than others…smh

Love Killa Cam to death, his defense is not up to par, and i can see that beginning his reason for the decline in minutes. Since he came baxk from the G, he looks a lot better. And FYI, he is an amazing back up to JG, and would put him in over Reed any night.

Does Cam deserve consistent minutes? I think so. Cam is 20 he still has time to grow and develop and get those minutes, every season is different you never know what's in the future. If Cam keeps doing what he's doing he'll break the rotation wide open. Cam is great offensively but he still has some tunnel vision. If Cam learns how to drive to the hole pull the defense to him then kick the ball out, then I can't see Ime keeping him off the floor especially when he's playing defense. Ime wants he's players to be all around players, Cam has to understand that's how you stay in this league, if you can get buckets, pass the ball and play D, then there isn't any team that doesn't need a player like that, that includes the Rockets. Cam will be alright.

I know Book and Fox are the big names but idk why nobody's really been talking about Zach Lavine. What he offere offensively is literally what we're missing in an efficient scorer who can close games. Bulls will probably blow it up soon and they'd be more than willing to take Fred's contract. Not to mention, he's cheaper trade wise
Honestly Iāll be completely fair, I feel like cam was being unfairly targeted at times.. I will say cam still needs to work on his consistency on defense and gambling on steals, Iāve watched a few plays where he looks super relaxed watching the ball too much and standing around and he needs to work on that but on the offensive side they were saying he is a black hole and I just donāt believe that.. he was struggling early and was trying to find a rhythm and get some shots to hit. Now that heās under control with his shot, he hasnāt felt like one and has moved well within the offense. I agree with the short stint in the g league, but I donāt think he should of been fighting for minutes he should be certified 8th man behind the starters and Amen and Tari and should get more minutes if heās playing well and someoneās off. Cam shouldnāt feel like he has to fight at a spot at this point, but should still be pushed to get better. If this doesnāt get fixed, I can totally see cam wanting to leave sooner rather then later.

Iāll also put Per36 for the stretch since cam has came back from the g-league.. he would be putting up 25.4 points in 36 mins. And heās been shooting 50% and 44% looking like a much better offensive weapon then green has been, not saying he should be over green or playing 36 mins.. but no reason he shouldnāt get close 20 a game

Seems like a Westhead/Haywood situation. Cam is a beast. He should be given more opportunities to show it. Everytime hes been on the floor, he has been a factor.

Whitmore's athleticism goes without saying. But, the concern is when he sees playing time he shows he wants to be a one-on-one highlight scorer rather than make plays for teammates.
This has to be jalenās last year as a rocket. Yea heās had some good games, but for the majority of the season he has not been what we drafted him number 2 for and really hasnāt been at any point in his career . Also the Jalen iso possessions hurt my eyes to watch . Either he steps it up CONSISTENTLY for the rest of the season or heās out. Also send reed to the g league because heās not ready I donāt know how cam was the one going to the g league and not reed when he canāt do the one thing we drafted him for

Cam deserves more run. I wanted to see him close the game in place of Fred with the other starters.
My resolution would be don't trade any of the core. Second would be run more plays for Jabari.
Ben – the window isn't open. It isn't meant to be yet. If we trade for an established star we're going to lose their first year to chemistry. After that, we're more likely to lose other players once you start messing with the core.
My question to y'all would be which team in the last ten years won it all star chasing? I personally don't count the COVID tournament, but that's just me I guess.
If he will not be given more time to play and will not see confidence from the coaching staff, I think he'll ask to be traded.

Reed Shepard needs to be sent to the D League so he can work on his game, because he is not ready for the NBA.
If anything this just makes me want him on this team more. He didn't really go too out of pocket but you can tell he's ready and he knows it too.
Why did Holiday and Tate get so many minutes in that game? They were hot garbage and had the worst +/- at -8 and -7 respectively. Fred played 41 1/2 minutes so there should have only been 7 minutes of backup point guard time , not the 29 1/2 that these two got. Cam had 24 minutes and was a +12 and could barely miss a shot. 7/9 , 3/4 3pt š„
Jalen I kinda understand. He's going to get his minutes for the most part, somewhat because of politics and because this is his last chance to take on the role of lead scorer. The Rockets need to see what they have in Green so he SHOULD be given a chance to show out. That means minutes and touches and personally I want to see the Rockets go to him in clutch moments more so he can build that part of his game.
I don't think Cam is really thinking about Green nearly as much as Holiday/Tate and Reed playing in front of him despite how Cam has been killing it lately.
I think this will go away quickly however. Film and numbers don't lie. Cam is ready š
Cam was not a team player in the beginning of the season. He would shoot every ball he gets his hands on without passing the ball around. He learnt team play as the season has deepened. How should not jump the gun.
