Coach Atkinson limited Allen minutes against Golden State because he knew back 2 back against Lakers was next, and Jarret at 100% was needed. He looks beyond just one game, similar to Popovich at his prime.
Max isn’t going back to the starter with what the team and organization wants with Wade barring injury to Wade or some other variables. Internally they were hoping he adjusts to off the bench
