Starting Gradey this season accomplishes two goals: develops a promising second year player, and helps to lose us lots and lots of games with his poor defence. But JaKobe is more projectable as a starter.
Iq need better screen …for sure ….
The logic behind not “adapting” is regression to the mean. I think it was a decent decision but didn’t work tonight.
Good video. The stuff about IQ’s shot needing time is a great point
Who is the defensive coach for the raptors
Ja’Kobe seems like he will be very good but man we could have used Tristan D. Perfect D-3 something we don’t have a very good SF when we have 5-6 SGs. Maybe Gradey can become a serviceable SF. Great Off and team def guy but we need lockdown wing.
Coach is very bad and Scottie is not a max player.
Good call on IQ's release. It always feels like he pump fakes (because he knows he's getting blocked with his skow release) but can't create an advantage from it so the offense dies. I wish he would make quicker decisions like Gradey
it all starts with schemes
