With the NBA Trade Deadline approaching in just over a month, a couple new names have popped up as potential Sixers trade targets. In other news, Jimmy Butler has officially requested a trade out of Miami after things went south.     Is it even possible to trade for Jimmy, with picks, and bring him in with the core/essential role players?

    Hypothetically, and in this scenario, to move PG to PF, and bring Jimmy back in at SF (without having to move off of Maxey, Embiid, PG, McCain, Yabu, Caleb, or RCIV for obvious reasons) — while prioritizing those protected future picks that are a necessity too (with Embiid’s longevity in question).

    And I know the salaries probably won’t match up, and Nick Nurse has his “veteran favorites”, but I’d love to see Lowry, Gordon, Reggie, and unfortunately, KJ with his balloon deal get moved for a better piece or pieces that puts us over the top. Just want to know if it’s even possible.

    I mean I’d love Jimmy but I genuinely don’t think the sixers have the salary room to pay him. Also I think Jimmy still holds a grudge against the organization for the Tobias Harris situation

    love when someone say they have lot question but beat up your team. They might even have better record. Sixer should blow it up get rid of embiid and George and build around young guys.

    For the love of everything righteous, Joel doesn't play back to back because he CAN'T play back to backs. It's not really a choice anymore. If you look through his career he's never played much back-to-backs. Why would that change now that he's 30 coming off of a knee injury with chronic swelling?? If you think he looks out of sorts now do you imagine he'll be sprinting up and down the court off of back to back? It doesn't make sense

    Paul George for Jimmy Butler in a heartbeat. His value is beyond the court. He will motivate and hold dudes accountable, joel loves him and will give extra effort following his lead. He raises his level of play in the postseason and is pretty clutch, something that the sixers desperately need. Miami though, is trying to avoid paying an older player till he's close to 40. Paul George would not solve that problem so I don't see why they would trade for him

    RB, Think, what motivation does Embiid have left? He is financially fine. He doesn't have the heart n drive he had 5 years ago. He just doesn't care! He won't play back to back.GUARANTEED CONTRACTS RUINED THE GAME! Should be base salary with performance bonuses. 76ers are cooked. No championship here for the foreseable future!

    Those 2 losses were brutal but the Kings game was the one they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory..Unless Embid starts playing every game this team is going nowhere..They cannot get their rhythm with Embid in and out the lineup enough…Play every game or tank enough..Lowry needs to be bought out..EG and Reggie are ok they just need to be played..
