Can we trade whole coaching staff along with front office ?
If Kelly ain't good enough to be a backup center on one of the bottom 3 teams in the league what team would he realistically fit on :/ also long overdue with the calls for Boucher to be traded.
I think the whole 4-28 record thing doesn't represent yaks value as much as you make it seem for instance in those 28 games we list what did our roster/injury report look like i think its safe to say most fans take last season with a grain of salt considering the huge roster changes the new coach/gameplan and the injuries the whole roster suffered (scottie,rj,quickley,yak ect.)
I think the only moves that are gonna be made will involve trying to trade Brown, Boucher or Olynyk (Maybe even Davion). I feel like Masai believes this team can be semi competitive next season with that starting 5 of IQ/Dick/RJ/Scottie/Jakob + Top 5 Pick.

The only reason to trade Brown and Boucher is if there’s no indication that they are staying to short term deal past this season.
Either Jakobe Walter or Gradey Dick will have to be traded eventually.
Contrary to a lot of fans, coaching staff isn’t the problem – we just need time to grow and get comfortable.
I’d rather not trade Jak at this point but I still think we need to start really looking for this teams C of the future. I don’t think Jak is the long term solution there
I see for the Raptors Gradey Dick and Scottie Barnes as keepers and Jakob Pöltl as a nice complementary piece. That said:
– Pöltl has a player option he can exercise at some point next season for the 2026–27 one, but that may still mean that as early as June 2026 he can walk into unrestricted free agency if he chooses to not exercise that player option
– any other player on a contract whose end will make him an unrestricted free agent unless the Raptors re-sign him should not be one who the Raptors should rule out trading if a good enough offer comes their way from another NBA team
Hopefully the Raptors can land a Top 5 pick because they’re sure going to need it. Not sure they will be able to get anything meaningful (beyond a 2nd round pick or two) at the deadline. Would sure be nice to see this team fully healthy for a month or two to assess things. Scottie & IQ were big over-pays that could cripple the team for years to come. One thing to stay hopeful about is that the team has not played a single game this season with Barnes, Barrett AND IQ in the lineup. That could make a significant difference.

The only player that helps development and future winning as vet is Jak. BB, CB, KO, DM ($ problem as he is not self aware like GTJ) all should go if you can get 1 or 2 seconds.

This team has had a lot of injury this team told fans were in a rebuild and this team has had 19 different starting line ups so let them play healthy and see what were looking like and see what draft has and stick with the plan and look forward to next season as planned
Yep Chris Boucher and Bruce Brown have to be traded. They serve no purpose on this version of the raptors.
Some people are so clearly biased about Gradey Dick. Guy can't play defense but some people like this host love him and it can only be for one reason. I mean Agbaji is a way more efficient shooter yet no one will say that's a guy you dont trade. Dick is solid role player. He is no nba starter on a winning team.
