Beal isn't the same bc he's the third option in Phoenix instead of the first in Washington. Look at Harden when he's the number 1 option in LA, and I'm sure Westbrook can revert back to a similar version of his old self if he was the number 1 option in Denver. Players have to adjust their game when the team asks them to, people just look at stats and don't account for context or the situation
