OC Ken Dorsey & OL coach Andy Dickerson FIRED by the Cleveland Browns after a 3-14 season

Kevin Stefanski will have a new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach after firing two coaches on his staff

The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, league sources told ESPN on Sunday.

The firings come less than 24 hours after the Browns completed a disappointing season marred by injuries and ineffective play at quarterback. The last-place Browns lost 35-10 on Saturday to the Baltimore Ravens to finish 3-14 — their worst record since their winless 2017 season.

Dorsey and Dickerson lasted only one season in Cleveland, which enters Sunday ranked 28th in the NFL in total offense and 32nd in scoring. | https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43294926/sources-browns-fire-oc-ken-dorsey-ol-coach-andy-dickerson

  1. WHAT..Dorsey is gone after just 1 season??? Sounds like someone is insecure… That entire offense was just BAD.Yes Kevin is that bad -he needs to go-same with that Berry clown….

  2. Face it Cleveland..NOONE can work well in Stefanskis system The FO has wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much say in on the field matters

  3. The Browns organization needs to look into the Strength and Conditioning, Nutritional and Wellness Staff as well? To many injuries this year and in the past!

  4. The thing that gets me is, why didn't Kevin Stefanski let Ken Dorsey call the plays for Watson if he was brought here for Watson? Then when Winston plays, Stefanski lets Dorsey call the plays 🤔🤔 Not that it mattered which one of them were calling the plays 😂😂 is it possible that neither one is great?

  5. Malik willis and Joe Milton putting on some good tape. Milton is a beast. Let's go browns. Both accurate and throwing darts. Throwing down field. We can build in the draft with one of these two.

  6. Awe let Myles stay here lol. After all, look at how Joe Thomas wasted his great career here. So there is orecedent

  7. Keeping Berry for a 6th draft guarantees we stay a bottom feeder til at least 2028.

Berry has added zero players you can build around in 5 drafts.

Andrew Berry is the cancer we need to cut out

  8. Right Tyvis, I don't understand how the secondary looks so confused, especially if it's like you said, they have the exact same scheme.

  9. stefanski offense isn’t going to win shit… if he can’t adjust we are not winning anything

  10. this bigger than a offense and what can and can’t be run… the team is undisciplined as hell and kevin just seem soft to lead these men

  11. Draft a Quarterback first because right now this organization has bad luck it seems like every time they suck doesn't not have a clear choice for a 1st round pick quarterback

  12. Get Jeff Saturday I believe he's itching to be a coach again so let him run the offensive line

  13. They had a chance to have Bernie Kosar as they oc
they had a chance to get bill belicheck back
they just now starting to grab Ohio state players
How do you pass up josh Allen and you need a qb

  15. Just watched Baker Mayfield look great for Tampa Bay which is my new favorite team. The Browns are garbage now but where would they be if they had kept Mayfield. They would be in the playoffs, that is where. I can't understand why Haslam has not fired those who are responsible for losing Baker and getting the trash of the NFL QBs.

  16. Please update your opening video shot of Cleveland's skyline. If you do try NOT to have the most unappealing skyline angles.

  17. Tyvis was talking out both sides today…he wants to complain about DBs communication, but wasn't he praising the DB coach and loved him….wouldn't he be the one in charge of that???

  18. When does Stefanski go? How does a reigning COTY not get fired after winning 3 games. No DTR growth (cut him please).

Garrett has been a good soldier – trade him for picks and let the guy see .500 again with some other franchise.

  19. My fingers are crossed that the Tennessee Titans will fire Brian Callahan (and by extension Bill Callahan) and that my Cleveland Brownies will hire them (as OC and AHC/OL respectively) for 2025!

  20. Wait yall act like the offense wasn’t better when jameis was in there. What the hell you both stefanski apologist talking about. Just clown takes

  21. If you guys think that everything will change because of some firings you're sadly mistaken. i know that this is a a feel good move that brings hope for the next year. One thing you are not considering is that Haslam is still the owner. Look at his record over the last 12 years-mayhem, disorganization, firing and hiring. Me thinks mopre of the same is ion store

  22. TroyStevens, you are bang on, can't agree more. i can just hear Haslam back when, "get me Watson at any price, I dont care". Look at his history-Johnny Manziel, Hue Jackson, Kyle Shannahan quitting, bringing in Beckham to undermine Baker. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The City of Cleveland needs to show him the door, force him to sell. Its possible if enough people care

  23. Richardfratus, the critical decision came about in 2012 when Haslam purchased the team and has gone on a bender of making desperation moves, one after another. If the Browns had hired Dan Campbell to be theire coach he would have been fired after his first or second season because he didnt win right away. All the moves come about due to desperation and lack of basic common sense and hard work in finding smart knowledgeable professionals

  24. It doesn't matter what coaches you have, this is the team that gave an arena league QB named Watson 250 million, this organization is a joke.

  25. How two yahoos arrived to coach on the same team is a long shot. Whoever hired them, needs to be fired.
