Kevin Stefanski will have a new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach after firing two coaches on his staff
The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, league sources told ESPN on Sunday.
The firings come less than 24 hours after the Browns completed a disappointing season marred by injuries and ineffective play at quarterback. The last-place Browns lost 35-10 on Saturday to the Baltimore Ravens to finish 3-14 — their worst record since their winless 2017 season.

Then when Winston plays, Stefanski lets Dorsey call the plays 🤔🤔 Not that it mattered which one of them were calling the plays 😂😂 is it possible that neither one is great?

Just watched Baker Mayfield look great for Tampa Bay which is my new favorite team. The Browns are garbage now but where would they be if they had kept Mayfield. They would be in the playoffs, that is where. I can't understand why Haslam has not fired those who are responsible for losing Baker and getting the trash of the NFL QBs.
If he doesn't get a job as a HC I wouldn't doubt that Vrabel will be back here as the OC or at least the OL coach.

But it was Dorsey's Offense and play calling that made the Browns exciting this season.
Richardfratus, the critical decision came about in 2012 when Haslam purchased the team and has gone on a bender of making desperation moves, one after another. If the Browns had hired Dan Campbell to be theire coach he would have been fired after his first or second season because he didnt win right away. All the moves come about due to desperation and lack of basic common sense and hard work in finding smart knowledgeable professionals
