It's not time for the Cs to panic so I'd give them an 8 on the confidence meter. And while the Cs "bad habits" are quite agreeable as stated, there still maybe some fine tuning that can be done with the bench. Trade Springer for a backup big that can space the floor that's on a rookie contract (Kyle Filipowski?), trade Tillman for draft capital, sign Lonnie Walker IV then sign Drew Peterson to a standard contract to close out the roster.

If the celtics would attack the rim when they're up by double digits, they would be unstoppable. That's the only thing that bothers me about them when the 3's are falling and they're up by 15+. They continue to shoot 3's while the opponent takes advantage of the missed shots and start making a comeback. Also, the defense becomes soft at times. To many layups and dunks uncontested. All that said, REPEAT! 10. 💪☘️💯

Celtics need help off bench. Tounami camara could be a great help
Possibly deepest bench in NBA. Mazzulla sees Brown and Tatum as himself. Top twelve healthy vs. OKC, only sixty two bench minutes. Baring injuries, Mazzulla is the only potential problem. He allows Tatum and Brown to consistently expend two to three times the time and energy to achieve what could be done with half the time and effort.
I dont know Allie is it up to us to be confident that they will win a ring??? Shouldnt the confidence come from them first??

Nothing to worry at all. OKC is one hell of a team and put up a good effort. we have had our starting lineup on and off injured. Jaylen Brown just returned to the lineup after a couple games off. And Tatum was carrying the lead for us until he fell in the 3rd and got shaken up a bit. If he never fell like that we would've never lost momentum. OKC did what they had to do and builded on the opportunity. Respect. Next matchup we will destroy them at home. Pin this comment. OKC is the biggest threat to us though I have preached this since off season.
Not enough star power, they need to acquire joel embiid, jimmy butthole, and kevin durant, for BIG DEFENSE.

Nah. Thats not pretty normal for these celtics. They are a .500 team in the last 10. 10-7 in its last 17 games.
The expectation for a chip winner who brought everyone back is to at least win 70% of their games. They arent even winning 60%. The cavs and thunder are winning 90% of their games. We were winning 80% of our games in oct/nov.
Panic? Nope. But to criticize and be concerned? Yes. Is it time to make a move at the edges (read springer) and bring in a serviceable bench wing give Sam's back injury? Absolutely.
Time to trade springer. Maybe tillman too. walsh and drew arent ready for playoff rotation mins. Maybe next year for them.
That 1st seed is looking out of reach now. The FT shooting and 3PT shooting is concerning.
