Rob Pelinka is not a good GM. He does not know how to put teams/talent together, no matter the coach. He missed hiring Tyronne Lue and signing Kyrie Irving. There's obviously a strong connection between Rob and Ms. Buss due Kobe, but I think put him on the executive side if she wants him around the Lakers and bring in the Warriors former GM who now works for ESPN and built a championship contender level talent. 🤷🏽♂️
