Jayson Tatum on TRASH TALK with Russell Westbrook | Celtics vs Nuggets Postgame 1-7
DENVER — Jayson Tatum scored 29 points, and Kristaps Porzingis added 25 as the Boston Celtics defeated the shorthanded Denver Nuggets 118-106 on Tuesday night.
Tatum addressed his trash talk with Russell Westbrook, saying, “It’s cool because I know Russ.”
When asked by Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe about the the “too little” gesture on Peyton Watson in the 4th quarter, Tatum explained:
“I mean, it’s never intentional … I do a gesture, but I’m not saying anything to him while I’m scoring or whatever.”

I now like Jason Tatum, he now has a certain humility. Noticed it a season before he won his first ring, keep it up man. Humility pays off.
Rus gave us so much laughs & bloopers all these yrs. Now he's willing to come off the bench and play a role that can help his teammates. Way better than someone like Melo.

I have to give credit to JT hes been the most consistent piece on the squad so far he really is playing focused and there is definitely something driving him to success thus far hes more poised and confident calm not much jarring and complaining with the refes i believe him and JB have real confidence in the rest of the team as well as themselves they have played together many of them for a while and have a lot of trust which is obtained in winning and championship mindset
