I would consider that JJ Reddick being a rookie head coach with no previous experience. I would give him a C for his 1st season. He certainly has potential, and the IQ to be a good coach. Remember he played college basketball at Duke under legendary coach Mike Kremenitsky. Who recommended him to the Lakers.

I say get rid of Vanderbilt. As far as JJ, he's doing pretty good as a rookie coach. So I would give him a C. Also, I don't think they utilize Cam Reddish enough.

I don't take anything that comes out of "No-Ring Charles's" mouth. He's never liked the Lakers. Not as a player, not as a commentator.
It would be like pulling teeth for Charles to ever say anything positive about the Lakers.
