Detroit on the cusp of graduating to a mid-level team. Right now they are the beneficiaries of a very favorable schedule. Wins against Orl, Cha, Min, Por, and Bkn should have yielded a 5-0—and it did…GS and NY are upcoming tests, and they should take care of business against Toronto. After the next three, then I will begin to believe if they go 2-1 or 3-0. But, Detroit is balling. No question!

Ku be honest; covering the Pistons must be 1000% better this season. Last season had me on antidepressants.

Sasser should get more minutes. He plays smart, he plays with poise, he gets crafty on defense. He is not afraid of the game. I would like to see him guard Donovon Mitchell as a compare point just to see how he handles it.
Don't look now but Duren's defense has been improving a bit, ever so slowly maybe, but, a little better. He has been swatting aroung the paint of late. He's not Bill Russell yet, but he is a couple notches better than he was 6 weeks ago.
