The Cleveland Cavaliers Just Showed EXACTLY What The NBA Feared…
Wow guys the Cavs just won the biggest game of the year, and there now is not much more you can say, Cleveland is a contender, they can win from playing so many different styles of basketball, and just overall as a fan this was definitely the best basketball game of the season. The thing that really stood out to me is that Donovan Mitchell had a stinker and fought against awful officiating. And they still were able to squeeze out the W against all odds, maybe i’m being a little harsh, the refs were okay, but it baffles me how they missed that SGA out of bounds call which led to a three. But i don’t wanna focus on that, I want to talk about how Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley absolutely took over in this game. And how Darius Garland put the icing on the cake and really kept the cavs afloat when Mitchell was struggling. This was one of the first big games that Darius took over, and I’m all here for it.

I think putting Chet on the floor actually makes it a better matchup for the Cavs. Chet is gonna get bullied by Mobley and Allen
Massive win for the Cavaliers. Adjustments will need to be made, especially (considering possible future playoff match-ups) when Chet gets back. That being said, the Cavs offense put up 129 points against the best defensive team in the NBA, with Donovan struggling most of the game. This team looks unstoppable.

The thing about OKC, if you take Shai away they lose. The Cavs just proved they dont need 1 specific player but it's something that I've been noticed about OKC. That's how I knew they weren't winning last year and this year it will be hard for them to make the Finals as well. Even against the worst team in the league they will lose that series if you take Shai away. You can even let him score 50, 60 points and wear himself out and they'll still lose at that higher level past the regular season.

Give the Cavs credit because they are a really solid team and play outstanding basketball. They clearly are extremely well coached. That being said OKC played this game without 3 of their main rotational players: Chet, Mitchell and Caruso and obviously Holmgren is the 2nd best player on the team and plays a HUGE role so they are not remotely close to playing at full strength. Nobody is beating this Thunder team in a playoff series if they're healthy. It's just not going to happen.
