I love Doug's mentality. Obviously everyone wants to win, but if everyone focuses on playing to the best of their ability, and giving 100% each night, those wins will come. We've already seen that to be true in the last couple of weeks. Don't need to worry about "how can we win;" instead worry about "how can I make myself the best player I can be and how can I make others around me better"
