I think Amen need to take Fred’s spot in the rating line up and have Jelen takeover lead guard duties alongside Amen with Bari Sengun and Dillon.

Really sorry Jamari went down, was imo starting to get his groove. I think the biggest development is Ime having Jalen bring the ball up/be primary. Imo Green’s hands are a little too small to be a reliable handler through heavy traffic, but otherwise it works.
Imo Jalen’s entire game goes like this: Shooting comes from confidence: confidence comes from getting to the rim: getting to the rim depends on getting out and running OR having him bring it up and at least sniff an attack before setting the halfcourt. So I think it makes sense. And Jalen shooting is the biggest hinge for us being great instead of good. When he’s on he’s the guy other teams have the hardest time handling, and you can see that other teams know it.

First Off, Glad to see You Back, Frank !! .. This is the 1st episode I"ve ever disagreed with You .. Frank Man, You gotta look at the Team [plus/minus] BEFORE & AFTER Jabari's injury !! SInce the Jabari injury, Jalen Green has TAKEN OFF as the Lead Guard cuz the Offense is playing at a faster pace (Due to Amen !!) .. I Argue that Amen can replace Jabari because Amen is a Much Better Rebounder, Amen's Jumper is coming along, Amen is another ballhandler that can continue pushing the pace, and Amen is a better Defender than Jabari .. And Clearly, the presence of Amen has unlocked Jalen, and You don't wanna mess with that !! Jabari was starting to shoot more efficiently (before his injury) but he's Never been Lights Out !! Since Jabari's injury, the Rockets have been beating some quality teams, and NOBODY expected that, so "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" !! Lastly, the ceiling of this current roster depends on the development of Amen Thompson .. because Amen has 1st Team All Pro potential, whenever his Jumper comes around, so give him "Starting Minutes" so this can become a Reality sooner rather than later
Do you think a trade for Cam Johnson is nesseccary with Smith out for 1-2 months. He would be the ultimate replacement for Smith and as a backup when he comes back or as a starter the rest of the way to a championship.

Agree both Jabari and Amen should start… I know it's an unpopular opinion this week but I'd still have Jalen come off the bench. I just like Fred's ball handling and the way he plays off Alpi. Jalen coming off the bench would allow him to come in more aggressive and work on playing with the ball. Hope Tari comes back soon
