  1. Kevin huerter has been better defensively but his offensive game is still not right after three point shooting contest.

  2. Keon Ellis and Devin Carter will be one of the best perimeter defensive duos in the league for years.

  3. Keon Ellis is a modern role player version of Gary Payton. His defense impact alone should make him a permanent 6MOTY candidate for years to come.

  4. when mike brown started giving colby jones more minutes than keon ellis i knew it was time to let him go

  5. He seems like the perfect guy for Doug Christie to coach. So many similarities with their role and play style.

  6. Ima be honest I always saw him as a patrick beverly type player but younger, but whenever I see his effort on defense I know that hes that solid starter that hustles every play that every contender wants

  7. One of Browns biggest mistakes was inconsistent rotations and not playing Keon even though Keon was playing at a high level.

  8. The kings are starting to get a reputation for drafting great perimeter defenders. De’aaron fox, Davion Mitchell, and Keon Ellis

  9. You forgot to mention he is only starting now due to injury.. and who is he going to start for when fox returns? Only option is Monk and I’m not sure that’s going to happen.

  10. I hope the Kings can make a good run. They haven't been the same since that 'loss' in the Conference Finals against the Lakers in 2002.

  11. I honestly believe that Keon Ellis got Mike Brown fired. Not that Keon said anything to anyone. However, the owner was not going to let Mike Brown keep benching Keon when the stats say to play Keon.

  12. Mike brown chose an inconsistent Heauter over Elis . Which is the main reason Mike brown was sooooooo bad. Clearly Ellis was way way way better than huerter but Mike brown was blind

  13. Not playing him nearly enough (or at all some games) is the biggest reason I think Brown got fired. I have no clue why the hell he would pick Huerter over him.

  14. All I got to say is fckng stupid coaches and manager continue to believe in Huerter. I neve thought he's a good player. He's average in terms of defense, continue getting burn because he couldn't defend shyt and allow the penetration thus teammates have to help out which mean someone is going to be opened. His shooting isn't that good either…very inconstant despite getting wide open shots. I been through it all, seen it all for 3 freaking years and I can't stand it when he's in the lineup. He makes the lineup weak out there.

  15. I'm glad Keon wasn't playing. Kings are still in it and now he has a chip on his shoulder. Plus he's fresh with no injuries. 👍😂

  16. And the best part? He's making $2.1 million this year, and $2.3 million next year. That is insane value for a player like Keon Ellis.
