I've been saying forever that they should try to always have 2 startes with the bench. I dont get why it's such a difficult thing for Malone.
i feel like the deandre jordan thing is being downplayed. dude has gone out there and been great as a backup for joker. jordan and the bench won the game for us yesterday. he isn’t just decent he’s been great
Kalle, this is the 2nd time u creating a problem over nothing, 1st for asking about Vogt weight and now a joke about him where i put 2 BIGS, if u must know, Vogt is my favourite member of the podcast, always in a good mood, tries to be involved with audiance, funny guy and those are reasons why i would never ever be rude to him, and i am sure he knows i have lot of respect towards him.
Most worrying part about Murray is that he can't get around a fence post. Just go back and watch his movement in 2023 playoffs or the bubble. Athletically, he went from being one of the quick guards to Andre Miller speed. EVERY Problem he has is down to his athletic ability. Everything else would work out, shooting, cutting, playmaking if he had speed.

That quote by Aaron Gordon is super interesting. it suggests that Michael Malone and the rest of the club might just erase the hide-bound rule in the NBA that it really is all about the starters (who are also, supposedly, the finishers), Now that we have the revelation that there are really two Nuggets teams this year – the unselfish Championship Nuggets (diminished, as they may be, by things like boredom and injury) and the new, equally unselfish, fast-breaking, Russell Westbrook Nuggets, maybe what the 3-D chess master coach needs to do is keep all the Nuggets' playoff opponents guessing as to which team will show up, and in which quarters will those two teams show up, because it doesn't seem obvious to have to prepare for two-championship caliber teams in the course of one series.
Wind and Voght: it is crazy what different teams are able to trade for a second round pick, some teams trade a second for the exact player they want and other teams trade 3 seconds to get off a back up point guard
What a mystery… how could that possibly happen… it’s almost like the Nuggets GM is a dunce who gives bad contracts to worse players. Not that the Nuggets media would ever dare question the genius of Booth.
Moreover, I don’t understand how people think Booth would think of trading any of the “Booth boys”. That would be admitting they aren’t good enough and Booth’s fragile ego couldn’t handle that. He wouldn’t have any issue trading MPJ cause he isn’t one of Booths little boys.
Just rewatched Lakers vs Nuggets from 2023 western finals…J. Murray looks like gazelle, running and gunning, the way he moved on the court was amazing. J Murray in 2025…slow moving bear train.
I think we can't bench Murray. He's a ball-dominant player. That's just his play style. He'll produce bad numbers like in the OIympics if you diminish his minutes and ball possessions.

I would love to see more Jaylon Pickett as the point and Murry as the 2. Murry had issues bringing the ball up against the double team. This would free him off the ball to use picks and catch the ball and shoot. Plus Pickett does has a little offense to him.

Payton is going to play far more better with JOkic and AAron can take care of himself and the second unit in the first half. If u can get more out of mixing stuff a little bit and in clutch you just hit`em with the best u got that nite!!!

The take about Murray around the 45 minute mark is pathetic. There is absolutely nothing about how Murray is playing that suggests he will be great in the playoffs, NOTHING. It is unfortunate that the Nuggets overpaid him. Giving him minutes like he is a super star is throwing good money after bad. I feel really bad that the Jokic era is going to be so much less than what it should be.
Mr. Nugget is a man who sets an example for the entire league!! He could do whatever he wants and how he wants with his resume but he is very wise he chose to show solidarity and accept the best trait of his colleague Joker – modesty!! Maximum respect for AG from me, because that is the essence of this life, no matter how abnormal behavior in rotten capitalism may seem to you!! !! More or less all Nuggets are like that, that is why they are an inimitable phenomenon, and I have been following basketball since Bird and Magic!!
On the “math game” issue- I think the answer has to be MPJ FINALLY taking another step. 2 more attempts a game for him would push the math a bit more.
Jamal must be a starter to settle into a modified role with a focus on shooting and efficiency!! for a long time he tries to take the hardest shots, experiences injuries and risks frustration !! Because when Jamal plays well, the Nuggets are unstoppable!!
CB shooting better % from three than Jamal this year. I know it’s an apples to oranges comparison, but it’s interesting. CB gets shots to fall by sheer force of will
