Playing for Thibs is no a pleasure. He has hampered the progress of IQ RJ Obi and Sims. If your not a player that Thibs has plans for as you arrive then the trade is a waste. He never gave IQ a chance yet when Grimes got drafted he was moved ahead of IQ even through he was a rookie and always hurt. With Obi he never got a chance whether he scored 30 or 0 he was always end of the bench. So Thibs only plays who he plays and doesn't care about his bench and this season has shown the old Thibs. When Brunson got hurt he ignored him when KAT asked to come out after hurting his finger he left him in when Hart hurt his ribs and asked to come out he ignored him. So what this says is that Thibs has no respect for his players or his bench and until the FO accepts that he has done good but will never go any further with this team and that as long as he patrols the sideline repeats of Derrick Rose Luong Deng and Noah will show up.
