  1. Shoutout to GreenleafXclusive for bringing up this talking point in his live stream last nite, and streams prior.

  2. Don't need Devin Booker, he is statpadder, terrible locker room teammate, already has a problem with Kevin Durant. Devin Booker shooting percentage is bad this season and terrible rim slasher numbers.

  3. Can somebody plz tell the Rockets to make a small trade real quick before we miss out on all the good 2nd rd pks players. Jonas in Was for S Adams/2 2nd rd pks! he would bolster our 2nd unit and spread the floor as well and it wouldn't take much. We already missed out on Schroder and Finnely from the Nets for 2nd rd pks then think hard about trying to get Cam Thomas…as our 6 man..even tho he's a starter. these moves want require any of their young core. We have to be able to match OKC roster with 2 way players..our 2nd unit can be a combination of Jonas, Cam Thomas, Tari, Brooks, Cam W, and Reed S..with JG, Amen, Segun Jabari, and FV starting.

  4. I disagree on letting Jabari start when he get back bc we at least got to see what that look like bc we see how it looks when Amen starts..right? Also, the Rockets can't let the trade DL pass without making some moves..we need more shooting off the bench.

  5. I was all about making trades.
    Fox, Booker, Johnson etc.
    But honestly.
    We are good.
    We shouldn't disrupt the chemistry.
Minutes are short as it is for some players.
We can have a locker room upset for not getting a chance to play.

  6. I'm not sure why most podcasts I see.
They want FVV traded or bench or not picking up the team option.
Guys, we wouldn't be here without him..he is the glue for these young guys.
Does anyone remember the Rockets with all younglings and no adults in the room?
    The same goes for Brooks.
He is too important for our culture.

  7. One of Amen's greatest strengths is his versatility. I would use him as needed on a game to game basis. Ego's aside Amen may be a better player than Jabari but starting Amen may not be the best way to maximize his value. Sometimes less is more.

  8. Yeah Ime going to have to make a decision once Jabari gets back.

I just dont see how you take Amen out of the starting lineup him being a Swiss Army knife on both offense and defense takes our offense to another gear.

He one of the reasons why Jalen Green is on a tear right now due to the gravity he plays with due to his speed and athleticism on both ends

The easy option would be to bench Jabari but Jabari had been playing some good basketball on both ends and he was shooting the 3 ball well. We don’t want to have too many non shooters in the lineup.

Dillion would be next but Ime wouldn’t bench him due to being a veteran and he been the most consistent player.

As for Fred Ime not going to bench him and even if he did both Jalen and Amen handles (especially Amen) are way too loose that you can’t trust them at least not yet as your backup

So yeah Ime going to have a lot to think about until I guess maybe around or after the All Star Break when Jabari comes back

For now let’s just enjoy Amen raise to NBA stardom

  9. Amen should not be a starter this year. We were already fine before Jabari went down. Amen is not our power forward of the future so let's not ruin Bari potential. If anything limit his minutes if he is not rebounding and boxing out like he should. No starter should lose his starting spot due to an injury

  10. its so rough to start amen over anyone else in our starting lineup, sengun has looked significantly worse on defence without jabari on back end, we need fred playmaking, Jalen and Sengun deserve to both start, so it would have to be DB but I love DB's spacing ability while also providing defence. Amen has still been playing 30 mins often so it doesnt matter to me too much

  11. Man no trades let this team jell this year and see where it leads, you keep your young core you never move on from young talent never

  12. Why the fuck does Frank keep acting like a starting role is purely "ceremonial"? Not starting limits a players minutes. Not starting two players together limits the time they will be on court together. You can disagree with the premise they should start or should play together, but its silly to act like there aren't significant consequences to the decision of who starts. We needed every one of Amen's 39 minutes the other night. It was a big game, playoff level intensity.

  13. I love Amen but Jabari’s been solid all season and I really love Brooks toughness. But to me, he’s an odd man out because he’s older and I want these young wings playing together for the future. Smith is a younger Brooks. I know he doesn’t have quite the toughness but he I think he’s getting there. And I think he has playmaking ability that he just needs to refine.

  14. You can't teach size. Jabari can guard bigger forwards and can score in half court setting to stop opposing runs. Amen will still play 30+ minutes allowing him to save his legs for close outs in tight games. Jabari has to start.
