Those best 3 players do the exact same thing, plus they are not good defenders. Your best 3 can't just score the ball.
The problem is the Suns tried a "Big 3" with 3 MAX players. When LeBron, D-Wade and Bosh did it, they all took "pay cuts" to build the rest of the team. These Suns were over the cap before they signed anyone else. Bad financial investment. I understand the injuries and the ages, but it was broke before it started.

We saw Bradley Beal as the number one option, he put up great stats on a garbage team in a weak conference. His numbers do not contribute to winning. Austin could not put up the offensive numbers Beal does but the team wouldn't be much or any worse than one led by Beal.

Apart from his rookie season in Seattle, KD has ALWAYS had a strong team. In the past 15 fking years, KD has always played with at least 2/3 all stars at any one time.
Since leaving his daddy Steph, the Warriors have at least one a chip – BEFORE and AFTER KD. KD has not seen the finals or NBA 1st Team SINCE.
LeBron would be crucified for this exact same ish.

I actually think Booker is more of a "dog" than KD, because Booker has gone for 70pts. I have seen so many times KD shoot 7-12, or like 9-13, literally shooting the lights out percentage wise, yet he never heat checks and goes for 60 pts, never goes for big numbers, because he is too nice. He will end the game with 26 pts, shooting like 70% from the field. I could never comprehend that. If Kobe is shooting 70% in a game, he is going for 80! If MJ is shooting 70%, he will have 35 pts in the half. If Steph is shooting 70% from the field, he would have AT LEAST 45 pts. KD would have 26pts, 27pts. KD should have a ton of 60pt games under his belt, but he doesn't. I agree with K-mart, KD is an expensive "show dog" (which is not a bad thing at all). Booker, Kobe, Steph, etc are Rotweilers.
