  1. Who could they possibly that we would want makes no sense to trade him There although they probably want him because there’s rumors going around that they’re trying to stock up assets to trade for Giannis if he becomes available if he’s going to get traded, it’s gonna be to a team that has somebody we can use like a strong center or another star that we can recruit to come here

  2. We should try to package him and get somebody that we can actually use and need on the team because if we’re not gonna use him, we should put him to good use for somebody we will use

  3. Precious is tooooo small dude.. Sims is to athletic to give away.. JUST HIS PICK AND ROLL DEFENSE AND PICKS for BRUNSON makes him valuable

  4. Coach Deb should not be treating Jacob Toppin the way he is being treated. Because coach fibs had a disagreement with his brother Obi

  5. Because a second round pick for a bad team is a low second round pick!

The problem with Thibodeau is that he has a system. If you’re a player who isn’t a cookie cutter fit in his system, he’s too rigid to change it to fit your strengths. He expects you to adapt even if it’s to your detriment and even then doesn’t give you enough time on the court to figure it out!

    I’m not a fan of him.😤

  6. Dude, are you a backward thinker?. You said there's no purpose in keeping Sims. But there's a purpose in depending on Mitch's return? Only to get hurt again?

  7. Jacob toppen is garbage cannot play do not care what he does in g league Sims will not go to nets for second round pick Mitchell Robinson will always be hurt get what you can

  8. My question about Thib . How come here cannot see Jacob Topping is better than Shermet. Who' has not shown any yet from the Bench

  9. No cap, the way KAT grabs Rebs, Mitch is really gonna have to be dominant on the Orebs or hes usefulness drops significantly

  10. FYI, we been knew JToppin wad better than his brother. Thibbs is the problem. Thanx for that!!❤❤❤ Fire Thibbs 😅

  11. TJ operates in the mid range and he won't be able to do that in the NBA ..we need 3 and D guys ..toppin is better and more athletic. I think we will trade sims but only get a bag of peanuts for him

  12. The Knicks' bench is fine. It doesn't look that way, because Thibs barely uses them. I personally don't get why. Look at Orlando who is right behind us despite the fact that their 3 all star level players were out with injuries. Look at Jared McCain on the 76ers before he went down with injuries. Thibs doesn't have to burn out the starters.

First of all, the Knicks can play Tyler Kolek who can act as the backup point guard. Next they can use Ariel Hukporti at the 5 and move KAT to the 4. That would give the Knicks two 7 footers. The result is that they would have an advantage the way that Utah had against the Knicks and the way that the Cavaliers have against other teams with Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen playing together.

Most teams have one slow 7 footer that's reluctant to go to the perimeter. That would allow KAT to shoot uncontested or face smaller defenders. At the rim, Ariel Hukporti would dominate. He can: rebound, pass, drive to the rim, cut to the rim for passes that lead to easy baskets on the run, finish on ally oops and finish on pick n' rolls.

It would also strengthen the bench by sending Josh Hart there. Thibs could also play Landry Shamet more to spread the floor. He could have tried some of these things against a Philly team without Joel Embiid.

  13. As for Jacob Toppin? Thibs should definitely try him. Why? He can finish on ally oops and pick n' rolls. This would make it easier for the team to score when their 3 pointers aren't falling or teams are defending the 3 point line well. All the coach has to do is speed up the pace by getting Josh Hart to grab the rebound and either run in transition or launch a pass to a guy (ex: Jacob Toppin) running to the basket.

Against the 76ers, Josh Hart through a pass to the rim that allowed Jericho Sims to finish on an easy dunk. I'm sure a very athletic Jacob Toppin could do that more often. He could also cut to the rim for a pass on the run which would be difficult for opposing teams to defend. Thibs has to stop making the bench players watch the game like fans. We've all seen them play and they appear fine…meaning they should be able to get at least 10-15 minutes.
