But what really happened to Ben 😢🥹
There are multiple times in this game in which LeBron is guarding Ben Simmons but completely ignores him if he doesn't have the ball. He knows for a fact that Ben isn't trying to get open for a shot, so LeBron simply puts pressure on the closest player with the ball.
Also, D-Lo going for a long distance 3 with the team down 1 in the closing seconds is typical low IQ basketball. He could drive for a layup, possible foul or even pass for a high percentage shot. But no, he tries to play hero ball, misses and doesn't even crash the paint to go in for his miss. He's already walking back to the locker room.
