How often has Lively been injured since being drafted by Dallas? Didn’t Dallas trade for Gafford because they were in big need of another center? Didn’t Gafford end up starting for Dallas because Lively was then and even right now INJURED!?! Nico is smart but the people pushing this are stupid.

When healthy, Mavs are the team to beat in the league. They have more than solid backups for each and every player on the team. Kay&Luka, Klay&Grimes, Lively&Gafford, PJ&Naji/Kleber. Spence, Omax, Hardy, Exum, and even Powel are a luxury to have.
Sure, they could get even better, but when healthy, they don't need anything else.
