Well at the begining of the season the positioning of Alpi caused his offensive end. And that's because of coaching. But for that, the team must improve also. Alpi's defense developed a lot and that's very good but needs to be balanced with offense and I think it started. When team is able to score his assists then he shines. That's his game mentality. All I can say is develop those free throws. Shoot 0/100 jump shot Alpi I literally don't care but dont miss those free throws. Regarding double teams to Alpi, the indecision is caused by when DT comes everybody stands still and watch. They must move not watch him like watching TV. It becomes harder and harder for him to score especially as the game progresses and when he's concsistently being litteraly tackled by 3 guards for 30 mins every other day. Didn't check but his assists should be higher this year by some margin.
Which version of Alperen would you prefer to have on the team? Last year's or this year's? If it's this year's version, then a B+ rating might be a bit inconsistent, because you likely rated last year's Alperen higher than a B+.

I agreed with almost everything Ben DuBose said! All his grades are exactly the same as mine, except I would give Tari an A-. Overall though I agreed with all his grades. Even his explanations and reasoning on his decisions were completely consistent with mine. Great job by Ben!
The regression on Sengun is that he is using a lot of his energy on defense. Within a year he should calibrate his conditioning to get his shooting legs back under him.
Cant take these comments man.. we are the second seed in the west and all people do is complain and argue who the best player is. They are clearly playing good with each other and improving as a team.
Alperen is still devoloping 22 year old young man.Last season was superb offensively and now brilliant defensively. You cant be good at both at the same time at this age. He's shooting percentage went down but defensively went up. Next season will be more experienced both end of the floor. If basketball all about scoring for you than you are just a stats person. I have seen so many bs, people putting Tari, Bari, Green, FVV putting in front of Sengun, and now Amen. Sengun proved them wrong. Amen might be the MVP in the future but he is not there yet. If Jalen continues like this, he will be the one for sure but Sengun is still the most established among them.
Sengun is in 8 th place in MVP Ladder.. to some of the idiots commenting here…when did at last a Rockets player accepted in that ranking/list? Before commenting about Sengun and Basketball, just think about your iq level and basketball knowledge..

When Sengun is on the Rockets have a 50/50 chance to be competitive, but when Jalen Green is on THE ROCKETS ARE A TOP 5 TEAM IN THE WHOLE DAMN NBA. That's a huge fcking difference. Get off the bullsht and send all that praise to Jalen Green and then Amen Thompson, in that order. And the only real All-Start is Jalen. Reed Sheppard is an absolutely F-! Absolutely. He's great at NOTHING and he's good at NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The worst draft pick in Rockets history. The Rockets CEO wanted a white guy and had a orgasm over a chick(Reed) that's a 1.3 out of 10. Terrible. They should've traded that pick. They could've got a PF. Stupid decision.
