'led his team to 2nd seed' lmao yeah he's great and he'll continue to improve and I love him, he wants and needs to be the best player of his team and I respect that but Rockets currently have only one All-Star and a top-10 player in MVP rankings for at least the past month in their roster and his name is not Jalen Green.

Whats crazy is that even with how good Jalen and Alpe can potentially be the highest ceiling on the team is Amen Thompson. If these 3 guys pan out and somewhat reach their maxes or get close to it they will be a nightmare for the rest of league for the next 8-10 years if kept together.
In regards to Jalen specifically though, he needs to work on his ball handling as it is the main thing holding him back is poor decision making and random dribble gaffs. Once he irons out these issues he should be consistently good as he's top 5 at getting the the rack.

I hope and pray this is it. He’s never been on a good team like this before. He was asked to carry the Rockets from day one. I’ve especially pay attention to how he sounds when doing interviews. I know it sounds silly, but you can hear confidence in his voice or not. As far as his game goes, he is a joy to watch. He makes his fair share of mistakes, but he’s cleaning up never forget nobody walks into the NBA and just takes over the league. Unless your name is LeBron. I’m not worried about his past woes

What's good about Jalen's hot streaks is that it happens late in the season.
If you have watched his career. He usually does that in March, but now we get to see it earlier. Hopefully this continues to the playoffs.

Even when jalen wasn't scoring well this season he was still contributing to their winning. He has developed his intangibles a lot, and is still getting better.
It might be a hot streak. I do think the Rockets could sustain a certain level of it. It doesn't have to be this 30+ points explosions. An efficient 25ppg is good baseline for Jalen.

Jalen Green is LIKE THAT!! He has the confidence, the grasp of the game, and now the trust from the team and his coach. He's gonna have those ugly games like everyone does, but he is the Next Big Superstar. And this is coming from a dude who wanted him traded at the beginning of the season 😅
What makes Jalen inconsistent is the coaching of pulling him out too early from the game. 2nd reason is the crap Vanvlet who only set plays and look for Sengun. I see Rockets is better with Amen and Jalen being the guards, bench VanVleet instead as starter 5. JG4 knows how to break defense and able to give Sengun a better space for the hoops.
Anyone who calls someone else cocky when they don't even know them is a grade A p.o.s.

It’s the fact he gets to test himself against somebody so Defensively skilled as Amen that has really improved his game I bet. Think Pippen and Jordan.
The game so watered down nowadays it’s easy 2 see who the stars or potential stars. Creating your own shot, shooting the mid range at a high level, pull up jumper from everywhere, high basketball IQ are all signs of a star in today’s game.
