Okay, so maybe Embiid was genuinely hurt this time, so we can cut him some slack. But what about all the other previous matchups? He obviously ducked those intentionally.
And I disagree with Candace. Joel doesn't have heart and it shows. He just wants to take the easy path whenever it's convenient for him. And conditioning is a part of playing most sports. For him to be so incredibly injury prone shows he doesnt care/put in the effort to take care of his body. Compare to the greats like Lebron and Kobe who spent a ridiculous amount of money on their bodies and have military like training routines and strict diets.

I think Jokic has proven he can win and carry a team, but this is a team sport and not everything depends on him. Shaq played with 2 top 3 shooting guards of all time throughout his career and was coached by two of the best coaches ever. The comparison between them is absolutely unfair.
