The Boston Celtics, good energy, and a lineup decision that might fix things

The Celtics are riding high after their blowout win over the Golden State Warriors. Shots fell, but a couple of things happened with the lineup, specifically with Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Kristaps Porzingis.

John Karalis of Boston Sports Journal and Tom Westerholm discuss the win, guys having fun, and the difference between being bored and not having the same energy as the opponents. Also, Joe Mazzulla’s tweak to Tatum and Brown’s first-quarter minutes might be a sign that he’s trying to get more out of Brown. And Porzingis seems to be back to his normal self, which is good news for the whole starting lineup.

    They need to sweep this West coast trip come home beat the Bulls then go back on the road sweep the 3 game east coast trip imo also as great as the Cavs are playing no one is talking bout how they have the 2nd easiest strength of schedule in the league!

    Jaylen Brown and Donovan Mitchel have about the same numbers and Mitchel is the number one option in the Cavs; however, everyone is praising Mitchel for sacrificing while Brown is getting killed by a lot of Celtics fans and a lot of wanna be Youtube reporters for supposedly having a bad year and the main reason why the Celtics have been losing. Brown for the past 4 years has sacrificed and this year he is being asked to sacrificed more, yes he is not perfect, but when it matters he always shows up. Celtics fans like crapping on him because they do not like the notion that he is as good as Tatum….but Brown will never be as good as Tatum as long as he is with the Celtics, because Tatum eats first, and second….This year, Tatum has had some awful starting halves, but because he is the big dog, he gets to eat in the second half, which allows him to change the narrative; this doesn't happen with Brown, if he has an awful half, he almost never has the opportunity to make up for his bad play, he probably gets another 2 or 3 more shots……

    Even if they're being paid millions, fans forget that these are people too. Boston still has the second best record in the East and it should be celebrated.
