“From what I was told, there is absolutely no way to make any trade involving that pick until it is conveyed. Basically, let’s say it lands at No. 7 after the lottery. At that point, OKC has full ownership of the pick, then you can trade for it (though who knows if/why OKC would actually do that). But until the pick is settled, it cannot be traded.”

Considering the amount of time lost already with Joel and Paul George , it makes more sense to attempt to increase your lottery odds . !"
