The Detroit Pistons TAKE 6th SEED from Hawks

The Detroit Pistons made a statement tonight, dominating the Atlanta Hawks in a blowout victory to claim the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference standings. The Pistons showcased their best defensive performance of the season, led by rookie standout Ausar Thompson, whose relentless energy and elite perimeter defense set the tone from the opening tip. Thompson held Atlanta’s All-Star guard in check, forcing multiple turnovers and creating transition opportunities for Detroit.

On the offensive end, the Pistons were firing on all cylinders, with Cade Cunningham leading a balanced attack. Detroit’s bench also came alive, providing crucial scoring to widen the gap in the second half. By the fourth quarter, the game was all but over as the Pistons cruised to victory, firmly taking the sixth seed away from Atlanta.

  1. It’s on the Pistons to bring some pride to Detroit because the Lions certainly couldn’t do it this year. 😅😢

  2. What’s scary is they have been doing this even with Ivey out so imagine what happens next year when he comes back healthy. Spooky times. Just imagine if they had at least 5 of those close games back. They’d be 3rd or 4th in the East

  3. Bucees is the spot. Temple Texas much love there. If you're ever there get a BBQ turkey sandwich its served hot and ready to enjoy every time. Bucees caramel popcorn is great snack as well. Leaning on the Pistons since the Lions season is over. Glad to see them playing more in synchrony.

  4. Bro good content bro u always got that fire 🔥 🤜🏾 that was funny about comparing tech to ginobli lol he always trying to to put it on the floor. Just catch n shoot lol 😂

  5. I just wish I would’ve put em on the over 30 games I could’ve got rich. The 6th seed that’s what’s up never expected that

  6. Honestly only thing I want in a trade this year is bringing Dre back home. Move Tech even tho I like Tech just wanna see alittle Bobi this year

  7. Without our second best player too! The unsung hero that nobody gives enough credit to is Fred Vinson! Our GM hired this legendary shooting coach and it shows! Along with the GM , HC and the roster they put together, Vinson has these boys shooting the rock ! Being able to stretch the floor is everything! To say I'm shocked at the success we've had so far this quick is a huge understatement! I said if we won 30-35 games and contended for a playoff spot it would be a phenomenal yr after winning 14 games all of last yr! We might have 26-27 wins before the All Star break! I love what I'm seeing! Even when we lose we're competing!

  8. Dyson Daniels is likely gonna be runner-up DPOY and definitely 1st team all defense, and Cade was COOKING HIM!! He had a few tipped passes, but he couldn't handle Cade. And yes, it's time to bring back "The Final Countdown" intro so Mason can do his thing once again 💪🏾💪🏾

  9. No trades unless it’s for tier 1 talent. Period. Ausar, holland, sasser, duren and Ivey is enough young talent. Forget that draft pick. Let them develop. And keep solid vets around. Cade hasn’t even reached his peak yet. The chemistry they have is unmatched.
