Mitch is a top 3 rim protector and possibly the best offensive rebounding center in the entire NBA. He was guarding Embiid mostly straight up with late help. Add Mitch with Kat (best or second best rebounder in the league), plus Hart (best rebounding guard in the NBA), with OG and the Big Sneeze — and your defensive troubles vanish. Don't forget that's how the Knicks beat the Cavs and, the following year, the 76ers: overwhelming rebounding advantages. I'd rather eat a few losses now and get Mitch back on the floor healthy, than trade him. 😊😊😊😊 DON'T TRADE MITCH.

I disagree. He didn’t mention walker Kessler and even him aside. At the very least all those centers play….. Mitch only one season went above 62/72 and that was it. He’s injury prone. Period. Sure when he’s healthy he’s good. But he’s never healthy… maybe he worked outed, ate right and strengthens himself. I doubt it. At the very least those players might not play D… which we need, but they’ll relieve KAT, helping ensure he’s healthy. He’s already hurt. Can’t shoot right. We are one injury away from a catastrophe.

If so, keep him rehabbing until April😂😂😂That way he'll have time to get in a groove while finishing the season and be in game shape by the playoffs which is when they'll need him at full strength 💪🏽
