Anybody who cant see the front office has lost its way. Is simply living in the past. 2012-2013 was 11-12 years ago. The gap between 06-12 was 6 years. We are double that time frame now. Dont tell me this last build from 2019- present hasnt be an abject failure.

Since September of 2023 the Heat have been getting worse. Not getting Dame, Butler getting injured in before the playoffs and now Jimmy about to be traded.
The Heat now are on a semi-rebuild mode so I think we need to lower our expectations now with the team for the rest of the year and hopefully the basketball Gods gives a bit of luck with the Heat in the offseason.
Can we theorize several of the heat players have taken a silent protest and have the same pulse as Jimmy ?

First of all, Spo is so corny with this experimental line ups. His fans should've noticed the incompetence and stop defending him.
Bam Adebayo is Hassan Whiteside 2.0. Just started regressing after getting max. Pat Riley should've paid Jimmy and traded Bum Adebayo.
Heat dont know how to draft. Bam, Herro, Jovic and Jaquez are all Draft Busts just like Winslow, Precious achua, shabaz napier, Michael Beasley etc. , . Heat culture and Player development BS can never overcome real talent. So fans should be cautious about Ware, he could be fool's gold.
Lastly, Jimmy is extremely unprofessional, and his situation is absolutely spreading toxicity and driving low morale which leads to losses. However, he is also our hard carry for 5 years. He should've been treated better and got paid over Bums like Adebayo and Duncan Robinson. All this could've been avoides.

Bam isnt a superstar but he's getting paid like one. Hes a glorified super role player. He will never take will to overtake a game. He just doesn't have it in him. He can't take over games by himself. Like other true superstars. He's clearly a third option player not a second or first but he's getting paid like one. Sorry heat fans but its time to trade him also. Riley loves to over pay players who will never flourish or take over games. Please trade him. He isn't worth the money he's getting.
I think we overrated Spo as a coach. He is good but we have to look at when he was successful.
2008 Acquired the Team from Pat. No rings or conference final appearance until LeBron and Bosh showed up. Goes to the finals four times, and went 2-2. Won 2 But that’s expected when you have a super team with 3 all stars, but barely scraped by that second one.
2014-2019. LeBron leaves and the franchise is in shambles. Couple playoff appearances that didn’t really get them anywhere pass the second round.
2019 acquires Jimmy butler, Tyler Herro and has a strong finals run. Players injured and Jimmy butler hauled the team just to lose. Which ended up being the same story for the last 5 seasons. Losing to teams like Detroit, Portland, Utah etc. really just shows that maybe he isn’t the coach we thought he was and when he doesn’t have a good player playing Bat shit crazy like Jimmy has… he’s cooked.
Jimmy Butler is a diva and his fans in the comment section trying to pretend their Greedy Idol quit on the team because they are struggling instead of admitting the reality that the clown they love quits on teams for selfish reasons like money while still getting paid the highest on the team.
