Lets talk about this, if the Knicks could flip OG somehow for Zion, whether that be with another player and/or picks, due to Zion's trade value being compromised and O.G's value being over hyped, I'm making that damn trade! I'd rather Zion's " bad" contract over O.G's bad contract moving forward. We have to remember, Zion's trade value is not what his potential would call for anymore. Also, this will definitely be O..G's highest contract. O.G is like buying the most expensive and newest house in an up and coming neighborhood. You pay way more than the market calls for, you're usually stuck with that asset. Zion could play to his potential in NYC and even be flipped in the future for picks and a young budding star to keep our front office cooking. I like O.G, but this team constructed this way with these guys playing basketball for Thibodeaux is a possible 1st round to eastern conference finals exit. I'd rather that range be eastern conference finals to finals winners. It ain't happening in this situation.
