After the season 22/23 I suggested that 76ers should trade him since his value was very high, and build around Maxey.
The fans gave me hell for it.
They could had some good players for him, plus Harden leaving.
Now they are stuck with the 2 of the 5 worst contracts in the league, wasting Maxey with no chance of doing anything.
Nothing is wrong with Embiid. He went from ramping up the first 3 months to now his knee is swelling. His knee didn’t swell one time at the Olympics.

Restructure the guaranteed contract. Make it so that they can’t collect guaranteed money if they don’t play at least 90% of all regular season games (excluding injuries) for the first year of that contract

I don’t think a player being injury prone has to do with his heart or dedication. When a player is load managing and they’re healthy they deserve to be called out. But guys like Joel kawhi or Zion ? They’re clearly hurt. Injuries are a part of the game. So I’m not seeing the point of the backlash

The sixers are stupid period given his injury history, the sixers add more years to his contract. The sixers did not watch the Olympics the way Joel played.
