  1. In Europe, when kids show talent between the ages of 7 and 12, they often join club training centers equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, top-tier equipment, and professional coaches. These centers function like franchises dedicated to nurturing young athletes. This environment accelerates their development, making it more structured and professional. They train and compete with the best kids in the country, creating a high-performance ecosystem.

In contrast, in the U.S., the system is more school-based and not entirely focused on sports. Kids from underprivileged areas often lack access to proper facilities and a supportive environment to help them thrive. For many, their primary motivation is to escape tough circumstances, but when they succeed, they sometimes lose their drive and purpose.
In Europe, however, young athletes often have a clearer headspace to enjoy and fully immerse themselves in the sport.

Just my opinion, but foreign players taking over the NBA is only going to grow.
