This team needs to blow it up. No trade is going to fix this mess. Sorry, that's just the blunt and honest truth. Booker and Durant have the most value. They need to be traded so we can hopefully begin the long rebuild that is inevitable. Butler won't save this team. Lavine won't save this team. It's time we start accepting this reality. This is the corner we backed ourselves into. Trading what little assets we have remaining will just result in a non-title finish that is possibly slightly less embarrassing. It's time to pack it in and hope we get enough draft picks to maybe be good in five years.

the solution for the players may be one year contracts, and perhaps, go overseas and take less for a year. If enough players do this, owners may adjust their attitude.
