The "truth" of all this is, Jimmy Butler is a double agent for team owners. He's going to end the "player empowerment" era by being the biggest B in the league. Ethan really likes to start these narratives with these players and sit back and think he doesn't. No doubt Ethan is very good at what he does, but he what he is doing when he keeps putting teammates against each other every game and letting the fans pick it apart. Niko vs Jaime and Bam vs Ware. Ware is naturally more offensively gifted than Bam, plus he's 7'1" with a great vertical, so it's easier to flow easy buckets to. Bam definitely having an off year, but all of Miami's "mid-range/inside guys" are struggling with this new offense. Coach Spo and the have to do better with getting him and rest of the "mid-range/inside guys" to good spots.

JJJ is a great role player like Bam (Bam's better). Don't over value and you won't overpay. No Heat player (including jjj, bam and herro) should not be considered untradeable.
The Heat need to balance their roster for a couple of good veterans (at Minimum contracts). It just seems like the Heat don't even ask these really good players in order to keep developing guys that they will either overpay or lose to free agency. Roster construction is something that Riley has to emphasize this summer and especially next.
Riley not securing Dame is probably one of his top (of many) mistakes. He should go. He's 80 and needs to let go of his ego.
How come Adam Silver hasn't sent Jimmy and his agent a letter like they did Dame. He's literally doing the same thing, oh bc it's the Heat this time.

Ware Herro, Robinson Bam. Thats your new team. End of story. Id love D’Angelo Russell on this team and a Julius Randle. Those two wouldn’t be winning a chip added to this roster. HOWEVER,( hear me out Heat family)
D’Angelo can ball handle, hes better at PG than Tyler who isnt a natural 1. If you bring in Randle you can bring Ware off the bench and pair him with Jovic. Bam can move to the 4 and stop looking so mediocre.
Its just an idea, we can jettison Love, JJJ, Terry Guandong Rozier, The broken corpse of J Rich and let Pelle and the summer team fill in the rest.
This makes us a more dynamic team, we have a real pg, and the pnr between bam and dangelo and dunc and julius or bam or Ware. We have an attack PG and really hard working PF when Bam needs to sit. I dunno, it just seems like a better fit.
We arent a play in team with those two on the roster.
The Heat are a few veteran glue guys to help the young development players to make the playoffs. And that is and should be the goal to be consider a success for this year.
They should've fire Pat, Spo and trade that sorry ass Bam , there's no future with a máx player that can't shoot above 15 point average like him, it creates an uneasy locker room because he is stealing money right now
