So sleep 5 hours.Wake up at 12,train at 2 till 4,relax recover back at it again 7-9,relax etc,back at it 12-2 sleep at 3 wake up at 10 amd go again.3 seesions.
I honestly have a similar mindset when it comes to training, problem is I didnโt develop it until my mid 20s and I didnโt get into sports until late. Training 3 times a day sounds fun to me but impossible because I donโt have a sports career.
Dont forget this was before he figured out that by sleeping more he recovered better and therfor he performed better… he was an insomniac before.. stop taking these things out of context and give people the full story
That's very true and all. You just have to eat like a monster (10,000 cal daily), have a super solid recovery routine (yoga + hot baths), and then sleep for 12 hours straight on your days off. Also don't forget to watch film.
RIP KOBE BRYANT His championship mentality was like no one else. He would put in more heart than the entire rest of the NBA game after game. He didn't floss around, go hit clubs or bars didn't party nothing. He stayed disciplined and focused 365 days a year. He was like no other. We miss you champ
