Viewership is down in America because the younger generation rather watch a highlight tape of they favorite players then a game it’s player driven league instead of team… games are still selling out jerseys are still selling out the game as a whole is fine people just watch it differently because they attention spans is smaller and they are more busy then ever before back in the day families didn’t have the internet and everyone sat around the tv after dinner to watch the game… an the nfl is different less games more meaning and on the same days at the same time mostly weekend where everyone is off or at night where everyone is also off… so it’s still more traditional and lastly nfl is still team driven Iknow diehard browns fans who will argue you to death about they team in the nba people argue about players not teams!!!

From the UK and yeah Gil hit the mark. Games are played between 11 pm and 3 am. When I used to work night shifts I’d watch the games but I can’t anymore so I’ll just watch highlights in the morning or whenever I have the time

A lot of folks watching the games illegally. They don’t count those. The league set attendance records for fan attendance, and sold out arenas, in 2023 if I’m not mistaken. Now the views are down??? Maybe because the average home viewer doesn’t wanna pay for them so-called package deals that tax out the ass. But plenty of folks like watching the nba.

I must admit that I don’t watch the games as much as I used to because the games get so pumped up about the matchups and when the games are aired, the superstars aren’t playing, they’re sitting out. So, who wants to watch if bench players are in the starting lineup?
Bruh global viewership isn’t as valuable as American viewership. As advertising is what makes the numbers matter at all. American companies want views on their ads. In global market space the ad revenue isn’t the same nor are the products. Americans spend more.
