I hope they trade for someone who can play the back up 4 and can now play the 4 or 5 with PJ, so Isaac stays the dream and perfect player. It would be a move that helps them right now with the injuries but also when they are at full force. Deni avdija might also be able to fill this role.
The mavs need a coaching staff that make plays up who knows how to make players move without the ball n hold them accountable for their lack of effort of defense n rebounds

Making plays for Klay or any player is the coach's job. Tell Jkidd that. Not just concentrate on Kyrie, Dinwiddie. Make them complement each other. Wake-up coach. Dafuq!!!
Judging the Mavericks' success last season, it's extremely difficult to find anything you could attribute to Kidd directly.
He might be a great motivator but the team desperately needs something else. At the very least they should bring up someone to handle all the tactical and strategic elements of coaching. Give them the authority to make calls when Kidd is failing to do so.

As much as the injuries do suck right now, I'm glad to see Omax getting good rotational mins for his development. Just needs to start getting his shot to fall more consistently to become a trusted JKidd rotational player. Not to mention, it would help massively to have a cost controlled player like Omax become a solid rotational player, since Maxi becomes an expiring contract next season, and we'll likely let Markieff & Exum go too.
Even though Luka is GOAT, as long Kidd is the coach, Dallas will not win any championships… Kidd is a joke, his previous coaching jobs explain it all…

They just destroyed the top team in the whole League , the Thunder even without Luka, they are fine, they know how to win when it counts. The injury problem has to be compared as to how other teams are faring with the injuries. Either the Mavericks players are just weaker than the players on most of the other contending teams or the training staff is just not able to help the players keep in playing shape. It is probably a combination of both situations. This coming summer the Mavericks players all need to be in the gym to get stronger and more durable. Luka needs to really change the way he absorbs contact every time he drives into the lane. Lively needs to just get stronger especially with his legs and ankles. Naji has to get some strong health treatment so he can stay healthy. Kyrie needs to get surgery on his bunging disk. Both Kliber and Powell need to trade because they are both getting older and will just keep getting hurt. Mavericks just need to add some younger and stronger health wise so they can stay in contention for the whole season.
