Got to put the chips in before injuries or possibly let the season go down the drain. After the playoff season, Monte has been sitting and waiting for the right moment to put the chips in and we had last year and the first half of this year to see the consequence of that inaction. Its time to put the chips in and get some upfront help. That will strengthen the bench as well.
