Two random first round picks do not account for the difference in value between Bradley Beal and Zach Lavine's contracts AT ALL. It would have to be a three team or more trade and to destroy the Bulls' financial flexibility indefinitely by sticking them with a far more untradable contract, it would take more than two firsts when the Bulls could just as easily go for expiring deals and have financial flexibility and possibly get assets for Lavine. Rather than comparing contracts on the surface, you have to consider Lavine is valuable enough to get off of for expirings and the value of financial flexibility. As a Bulls fan I don't want us anywhere near this deal because I don't trust us to get the assets in return we would need to make taking on one of the worst contracts EVER worth it. Being a Bulls fan is purgatory as it is, the front office are losing the fans, taking on Beal without getting properly compensated would be horribly received

Why do YouTubers seem to think the Bulls taking Beal makes sense? As a Bulls fan, I promise you no one here wants to trade Lavine for Beal, even with those worthless late first rounders thrown in. Lavine is still a very good player. Only way we trade him is for expiring contracts or legit picks. Not picks that are going to be 25-30 range AND an even worse contract AND a much worse less exciting player.
