Joker’s little minus is a huge minus when the perimeter defense is a bunch of folding chairs and Christian or Payton trying to save the day!
Matt Moore will ride this roster to the play in team in 2027. I don’t think we should do a huge trade to bring in one guy for Mike, and i’d rather move Jamal than Mike, but Mike is who we can move.
Without Mike we’d have someone else. Bringing in a better all around player or two is worth it. You say that as if without Mike we wouldn’t have someone else.
It would be way cooler if we could get Lavine in place of Murray but here we are

Something not right with this team.AG looks unhappy,Porter can't only step back and shoot 3s,Jamal is just a dumb player who takes stupid shots and plays horrific D.They need to trade MPJ and bring so new blood on this team.The only thing is I just don't trust Booth making a good trade.

I agree with Matt on a lot of what he said. I think the top 5 guys can play better defensively than they've shown. The only matchup that concerns me is the Wolves, outside of that the Nuggets coukd defend well enoigh if everyone is connected on that end
I think Ryan was on point with this one. Especially when it comes to the defensive side and the defensive rating.. This isn’t the same team as it was two years ago.
DEN won in the paint by about 80 to 40. Bulls won on the perimeter by about a million to 18.
Vuc was 2/9 from 3. Id let him do that EVERY TIME. Jokic `defense` has ZERO to do with this loss. ZERO.
As we were saying since last summer – DEN has NO perimeter and POA defense.
Murray, CB, Aaron, MPJ, Strawther… ghastly 3PT defense, cones on the perimeter. All of them.
And Malone has NO CLUE how to fix them/it.
Theres just no fixing it. DEN roster is deeply flawed and inadequate.
Jokic needs to DEMAND A TRADE.

They are too predictable. Every team in the league knows how to attack them. Just drive because they can’t stop anyone from driving and then pass because they suck at rotating to open shooters. Even the offense is getting predictable.
Defense was atrocious but for the first 3 quarters Denver had a blowout in their hands and it was felt in the air. The only reason why they didn't go on +20 was Jamal who was constantly damaging Nuggets offense and flow. He was 5 for 16 in the first 3 quarters and 10+ shots were him dogging and playing a hero ball. I could see this game went 140-130 an easy Nuggets win if he was playing the right way offensively.
Anyone (Matt) who says the Nuggets can win a championship without making a trade is not worth listening to. Why on God's green earth is this person hosting this show? Get someone who has any idea what they are talking about.
Braun cannot be the main perimeter defender. & Jokic on drop disrupts the team defense, but idk how to fix that… zone more?!
Bench 10 points??? To their 30 something. Half of their shots made were 3 pointers. Murray runs in mud, Gordon looks terrible( don't think he's healthy ). Christian Braun played a great game, but you will never win a game trading 2s for 3s.
…..Their offense is fine. Who wants to play hard if one person is going to do tween dribbles and then jack up a shot with 2 seconds left in the shot clock. I feel when Jamal Murray is on all is well, but when he is off, I feel he stifles a lot of the offense
If you see a line up not being able to do much on either end for minutes at a time and don’t make one change and would rather call performative rage time outs than use them to stop momentum or get Jokic back in, maybe that is on coaching? If you have left Jamal do whatever he wants his entire tenure here and have never once demanded professionalism from him maybe that’s on coaching? You want Jokic to literally play one against five on there on both ends of the court. That’s the level of contradictory troll we’ve reached? Alright. Booth needs to go, Jamal and Malone should be on the hot seat during this years playoffs. First round and a fight in the 2nd round at least or we need major changes. We’ve wasted most of Jokic’s prime here already being surrounded by mediocrity.
