Would you send brown and a first for wiggins
Honestly his contract isn't that bad. 25 to 30 mil a season for a long, athletic defender, shot creator, 3pt shooter, and on any given night can go off for 30+. Bruce can shoot and defend but is shorter, not a shot creator or even a decent ball handler per se, and will NEVER go off for 30+.

I would prefer Wiggins over Ingram. A good defensive guy that has good offensive upside that can give Scottie a bit more of a break on the defensive end and unlock Scotties offence by spacing the floor a bit more to let him work in that mid range

Wiggins’ contract is terrible and would basically guarantee us 0 cap flexibility for the next 3 years…I really don’t see how it would be worth it.

at this point, i'm starting to wonder if we should keep bruce. he's been great lately and seems like a good dude. of course, we would need serious assurance that he would be willing to re-sign in the off season at a more reasonable contract (closer to 18m???) and that he actually wants to be here… but something tells me that would be asking for too much trust there. it could turn to a bidding war and we would obviously be screwed once again… at any rate, is trading bruce now absolutely the only and best option if 1st round picks are not coming our way? wiggins sounds like a bad idea with his contract.

Butler is a downgrade for the Dubs. BB would only provide a dump and bump in the offseason. Not happening. Wigs is single-handedly keeping the Dubs in the playoff race with Steph and others injured. Case in point once again last night. Great 2-way player, was their second best player during the 2022 championship run.

Who knows maybe playing at home in Toronto is the career boost Wiggins’s needs. He might surprise us like Rj Barrett.
Wiggins would fit like a glove, plays def, good rebounder, does everything better than BB. His contract isn’t that bad for what he provides, and he becomes an expiring after next year. RJ and Gradey in the starting line up is to much of a liability on def. Wiggins would help our young guys develop, brings championship experience, would be a veteran leader in the locker room and on the floor.
raptors fans going nuts for the equivalent of a canadian ben simmons who would be vastly overpaid for what he produces, and is showing he is on the decline and doesnt fit the timeline.
he is inefficient and last year he was the 2nd or 3rd worst contract in the league. he made marginal improvement but he still in top 5 in worst contracts for a player in decline. his stats been going down since 2021-2022 season steadily.

Andrew Wiggins is not an expiring next season. He has a player option and is expiring in 2027.

I don't see a lot of moves happening they are going to build with what they have they are not going to mave bad moves, and there are a lot of good players in the draft class that will be interesting to see no need to tank, that's stupid didn't do Detroit any good.
