  1. The intrest is in zion, Ingram is like Siakam when we were trying to trade him and Zion is Og, when we traded Og we unfroze the siakiam trade situation because the other team couldn't stall for Og in a trade anymore. So If The Pels move Zion first they'll likely fetch a lower value for Ingram.

  2. Super explanation of Bird rights!!!! I was adamantly against this trade but you've got rethinking my position . Also rethinking Andrew Wiggins great podcast!!!!

  3. Maybe Raptors should offer Mitchell a small contract for next season He has played well.. also sign Orlando Robinson to a contract for next year

  4. Big Ingram fan here. Been following his career closely since the lakers years. One of the most underrated players in the NBA. Could have a tremendous impact on a team like the raptors where the fit is very good with the other star and ancillary players. You’re definitely right to highlight the durability concerns but he hasn’t had any major injuries and the pelicans are notorious for not being able to keep players healthy. Worth a swing if you’re Toronto.

  5. Smart move would be trading rj and Davion for BI and the fake wizards first. Saves pel tax and reunites rj with Zion duke bros .

Raptors get BI and can tank same time as he’s injured and get bird rights to sign next year when starting playoff runs while getting a top4 pick grabbed from the draft.

Next year IQ Scottie BI YaK and top 4 pick is starting lineup

Bench: gradey ochai jakobe battle shead or others

  6. To me, its stupid move. We already moved Pascal not to give him a max then suddenly brings BI who is expiring and wants max contract.

  7. The biggest piece of information we have picked up in this past stretch is that the most valuable trait in a pg next to Scottie Barnes is point of attack defense.
With this in mind, i think moving IQ for Ingram makes a lot of sense.

  9. No on Ingram. Too many ifs not enough wows. We don’t need to gamble right now. We’ve got a great hand. Let’s go after a young, talented, eager beaver.

  10. I think this could be great! Let him sit out the rest of the year and recover. Also secure the tank. Then re-sign on a strong deal. Watch him cook next year.

  11. In order for Scotties deal to be Super-Max, Scottie will need to make the all NBA team this year. As much as I would love that, because that would mean he willed this team to the Playoffs/Play-In. I don’t see that happening.

  12. Why trade Pascal to then trade for Ingram?? Isn't Pascal just a better version? I know he is a little older, but not by that much. I still wish they had kept pascal given the return they got for him.

  13. Raptors talk to every team about every player. M Grange reported that every player other than SB and Grady. If Raps make a number of trades, they may get stuff they want and stuff they do not want. So maybe after a few trades, they look for expiring contract like BI to dump players they got in previous trades and then offer him a short term contract. This would occure AFTER they traded RJ. The possibility of this happening is real low, to pull off 2,3,4 trades before 3 Thursday

  14. Yep I prefer Quickley , Dick , Ingram , scottie and Poeltl over Quickley, Dick, RJ, Scottie and Poeltl. I dont like to say this but I think RJ has to go within the next few years. He is a negative player

  15. What has Ingram ever done in his career? He is also injury prone. Masai, for goodness sake’s don’t do this deal unless he is willing to take less than max money
