Nurk, if we actually used him, would be FAR more useful to this team then Bogdan, who provides nothing we need and only really makes sense if Grason and or Beal are also traded. That said, for reasons I don't understand, we're not using Nurk at all, he seems to have become 4th on our center depth chart despite the fact we have no starting caliber centers on the club and Nurk seems like he should still be a respectable back up big, especially for certain match ups. So technically a player who could help in case of injury is better then a player whose never touching the court in any scenario, which seems to be the plan with Nurk. Personally, if we're getting off nurk for a player who doesn't help us, though, I'd rather get an expiring contract to help us get under the 2nd apron next year. If we're getting a multi-year deal back, I want some one who actually is going to see minutes and make us better. I just can't envision the scenario, again outside of injury, where Bogdan sees the floor. He's a small shooting guard who doesn't play defense, and isn't even shooting particularly well this year. That's probably the one player type in the NBA we need the least.

This would be an absolutely horrible trade. Grayson is better than Bogdanovic and younger. We need to trade Nurk, yes, but for a center.

Terrible idea, Bogie is a great player but the suns don’t need another sharpshooter SG. The Suns need another big man or a defensive PF. Suns need defense and rebounds. Pointless trade.
I'd rather have Nurkic as a back up center than Plumlee… just trade Beal and give Nurk some minutes…
suns need a two way player does not need to be a star just with some toughness. Preferably another big. Grayson is a specialist that always provides something. I see no reason to sign bogdanovic. offloading nurk can be done other ways. its the same with lavine. Why on earth would you think that is better than beal. Both are scorers but one does not make drama if benched. Id rather keep beal 6th man. Butler brings much needed intensity on both ends along with a playoff mindset. ICall me crazy but i would cash in on durant. 2 years left. Is brilliant for sure. But i dont see a championship team even w butler on this team. Being that far off id look for draft capital and somehow a rebuild. keep book if he wants to stay a legend and to be a culture bearer for the new kids. Either that or ff next 20 years.
