Go look at De'Aaron Fox's stats from his rookie season. Damn near identical to Steph Castle as of today. No way Castle gets traded. He could be our SGA in 5 years.
I reckon we need to stick with this group of young guys for the remainder of this season rather than do something rash by trading for a star even if it's D Fox. There's a good chance we can get a star player in free agency anyways especially with Wemby's emergence as a star in his own right and development of the whole team overall.
Castle, Vassell and Sochan are on the ascension and KJ is an absolute energizer bunny off the bench; he's the team's best driver to the rim imo. CP3 and HB have been leading the young guys well as the vets and the team probably needs a solid 5 on the bench or a long versatile 4/5 that also starts for the non Wemby minutes based on how the team is currently constructed.
i hope they keep all of them throughtout the season. Fox ain't gonna bring us to the promised land
If they trade my guy I am going to have a difficult time. He is one of my favorite players on the team.
